- 1 In a frying pan, sauté whole chicken thighs in olive oil over high heat for about 10 minutes.
- 2 In a bowl, stir together the mayonnaise, Dijon mustard and honey.
- 3 Spread both sides of the croissant with the mayonnaise sauce and fill with the sautéed chicken (cut into thin slices), bacon, tomato, cheese and lettuce.
- 4 Add salt and pepper to taste and serve with raw vegetables and a homemade dip.
