- 1 In a large bowl, whisk together oil, vinegar, lemon juice, garlic, green onion, oregano, salt and pepper.
- 2 Add chicken breasts; turn to coat.
- 3 Let stand for 10 minutes or cover and refrigerate for up to 12 hours.
- 4 Place chicken on greased grill over medium heat.
- 5 Close lid and grill, turning once, until a thermometer inserted into the chicken reads 165°F (74°C).
- 6 Cut buns in half. Sandwich chicken, feta cheese, tomato, red onion and cucumber in buns.
