  • 8 oz (230 g) chicken, cooked, sliced
  • 1 egg, large
  • 4 tbsp (60 mL) cheddar cheese, grated
  • 2 tbsp (30 mL) salsa
  • 1 tbsp (15 mL) green pepper, chopped
  • 1 whole wheat tortilla, 8 inch
  • Instructions

    1. 1 Scramble egg in frying pan.
    2. 2 Layer egg, cheese, salsa, green pepper and chicken over whole-wheat tortilla.
    3. 3 Roll or fold the tortilla and enjoy!
