Russian Chicken

This sticky and flavourful glazed chicken comes together very quickly, thanks to bottled dressing and peach jam. This chicken works well with steamed rice or egg noodles.

Ingredients

  • 8 bone-in, skinless chicken thighs
  • 1 cup (250 mL) water
  • 1 cup (250 mL) Russian dressing
  • 1 cup (250 mL) peach jam
  • Instructions

    1. 1 Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C).
    2. 2 Mix Russian dressing and peach jam together. Add water until well blended.
    3. 3 Place the chicken thighs in a dutch oven or a roaster pan.
    4. 4 Pour the mixture over the thighs.
    5. 5 Cover and cook chicken for 40 minutes. Remove cover and continue to cook for another 35-50 minutes or until internal temperature reaches 165°F (74°C).
