- 1 Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C).
- 2 Mix Russian dressing and peach jam together. Add water until well blended.
- 3 Place the chicken thighs in a dutch oven or a roaster pan.
- 4 Pour the mixture over the thighs.
- 5 Cover and cook chicken for 40 minutes. Remove cover and continue to cook for another 35-50 minutes or until internal temperature reaches 165°F (74°C).
