Ingredients

  • 4 bone-in chicken pieces
  • 1/2 cup (125 mL) peach jam
  • 1/4 cup (60 mL) chili sauce
  • 1/4 cup (60 mL) ketchup
  • 2 tbsp (30 mL) soy sauce
  • 1 tbsp (15 mL) Dijon mustard
  • 1 tsp (5 mL) Worcestershire sauce
  • 1/4 tsp (1.25 mL) black pepper
  • 1/4 tsp (1.25 mL) salt
  • 1 clove garlic, crushed
  • Instructions

    1. 1 Line a jelly roll pan with aluminum foil. Arrange chicken pieces, skin side up, in one layer on the foil.
    2. 2 Combine remaining ingredients in a small saucepan. Bring to a boil, stirring well.
    3. 3 Allow to cool slightly and brush over chicken.
    4. 4 Bake at 375°F (190°C) from 30 to 35 minutes, or until meat thermometer reads 165°F (74°C).
