- 1 Line a jelly roll pan with aluminum foil. Arrange chicken pieces, skin side up, in one layer on the foil.
- 2 Combine remaining ingredients in a small saucepan. Bring to a boil, stirring well.
- 3 Allow to cool slightly and brush over chicken.
- 4 Bake at 375°F (190°C) from 30 to 35 minutes, or until meat thermometer reads 165°F (74°C).
