- 1 Cut the chicken into strips.
- 2 Heat the frying pan on medium to high heat. Pour Italian dressing into the pan.
- 3 Brown the chicken in the dressing until cooked.
- 4 Add water to frying pan. Then add veggies and sliced water chestnuts to the pan.
- 5 Turn the heat down to low and let simmer until veggies are steamed and cooked; approximately 15 minutes.
