- 1 Melt butter in frying pan. Add mushrooms and green pepper. Sauté until soft.
- 2 Mix in flour, bouillon powder, salt and pepper
- 3 Stir in milk and water until it boils and thickens.
- 4 Add chicken, pimento and sherry. Stir. Heat through.
- 5 Serve on small puff pastries
