- 1 Preheat barbecue to medium heat.
- 2 Grill chicken breasts, bone side down, for about 14 minutes.
- 3 Turn chicken and continue grilling until a meat thermometer inserted into the chicken reads 165°F (74°C) (about 10-14 minutes).
- 4 Sauté onion and garlic in butter for 2 minutes.
- 5 Add remaining ingredients, bring to a boil then reduce heat and simmer until sauce is slightly thickened.
- 6 Spoon sauce over chicken breasts and serve immediately.
