We partner with researchers, producers, and regulators to deliver consistent and sustainable chicken production, resulting in quality products and stable prices for Saskatchewan families.
By championing farm food safety and ethical animal care standards, we ensure consistent quality across the province while providing a great local protein source.

Their collective expertise ensures that farmers have the resources they need to succeed while promoting best practices and sustainability in poultry farming. Our Board
Chicken Farmers of Saskatchewan is led by a five-member Board of Directors, elected by their fellow producers. The Board sets policies, manages production volumes, and negotiates pricing with industry partners, while representing the province at the national level with Chicken Farmers of Canada (CFC). Their role is crucial in shaping the future of Saskatchewan’s chicken farming industry while ensuring its continued success.
