chicken, cooked, sliced

egg, large
4 tbsp (60 mL)
cheddar cheese, grated
2 tbsp (30 mL)
salsa
1 tbsp (15 mL)
green pepper, chopped

whole wheat tortilla, 8 inch

Scramble egg in frying pan.

Layer egg, cheese, salsa, green pepper and chicken over whole-wheat tortilla.
