Slow-Cooker Smothered French Onion Chicken

1 lb (0.5 kg) chicken breast, diced
1 cup (250 mL) basmati rice
2 cups (500 mL) green peas
2 cans (284 mL each) canned creamy French onion soup


1 In a slow cooker, mix together chicken, basmati rice, peas and French onion soup. Cover and cook on low for 4 hours. Enjoy on its own or serve with a side of cut up vegetables.
