Peach Glazed Chicken

Sweet peaches and tangy ketchup merge to create a delicious, sticky glaze that pairs wonderfully with Asian and traditional barbeque flavours. This versatile recipe is perfect to file in your recipe box!


4 bone-in chicken pieces
1/2 cup (125 mL) peach jam
1/4 cup (60 mL) chili sauce
1/4 cup (60 mL) ketchup
2 tbsp (30 mL) soy sauce
1 tbsp (15 mL) Dijon mustard
1 tsp (5 mL) Worcestershire sauce
1/4 tsp (1.25 mL) black pepper
1/4 tsp (1.25 mL) salt
1 clove garlic, crushed


1 Line a jelly roll pan with aluminum foil. Arrange chicken pieces, skin side up, in one layer on the foil.
2 Combine remaining ingredients in a small saucepan. Bring to a boil, stirring well.
3 Allow to cool slightly and brush over chicken.
4 Bake at 375°F (190°C) from 30 to 35 minutes, or until meat thermometer reads 165°F (74°C).
