Garlic Lime Chicken

This versatile grilled chicken is perfect for tossing into salads, wrapping into fajitas, or tucking into sandwiches.


6 boneless, skinless chicken breast(s)
1/3 cup (75 mL) soy sauce
1/4 cup (60 mL) lime juice
1 tbsp (15 mL) Worcestershire sauce
1/2 tsp (2.5 mL) mustard powder
2 cloves garlic, minced
1/2 tsp (2.5 mL) pepper


1 Combine all the ingredients, except the pepper.
2 Place chicken in a resealable plastic bag and pour sauce over the chicken.
3 Close bag and refrigerate for at least 30 minutes.
4 Drain and discard the marinade.
5 Place chicken on a grill and sprinkle with pepper. Grill, covered, over medium low heat for 12-15 minutes, turning several times, or until a thermometer inserted into the chicken reads 165°F (74°C).
