3 whole mangos, peeled and seeded
4 whole kiwis, peeled
8 jalapenos, seeded and steamed
1/2 cup fresh lime juice (~ 4 whole limes)
1/2 cup fresh lemon juice (~ 3 whole lemons)
4 tbsp concentrated frozen orange juice
1/3 cup of white vinegar
1 tsp salt
2 cups water
1 cup all purpose flour
1 egg beaten
1 tsp garlic powder
1/2 tsp ground black pepper
1 1/2 cups beer of choice
Fresh Chicken Wings
In stock pot, add jalapenos, water and salt. Slow boil for 15 minutes.
Drain, saving 3/4 cup of water.
In a blender, puree saved water and all sauce ingredients except vinegar.
Return to stock pot and simmer on medium low heat for 10 minutes, stirring constantly.
Remove from heat and stir in vinegar until slightly cooled.
In a small mixing bowl add flour, egg, garlic powder and black pepper.
Stir in one cup of beer (you can add more than one cup for desired texture)
For Deep Frying:
Place oil over high heat until temperature reached 365°F.
Dip chicken wings in batter until completely covered.
Deep fry chicken wings until golden brown and crispy.
Pour sauce over chicken wings. Serve.
